1. Which data we process about you

Ø   For points 3 a-d of this policy, we have an overriding legitimate interest to process your personal data in order to achieve the aims set out in points 3 a-d; 

Ø   For points 3 e and f, we must process your personal data in order to fulfil the purchase contract concluded via our online shop or to carry out pre-contract measures on your request (application); 

Ø   For point 3 g, we must process your data in order to get your consent to receive our newsletter. You are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. This shall have no effect on the legality of any data processing which has already been carried before the withdrawal of consent.

5. Transfer of personal data

For the purposes set out above your personal data will be transferred to the following recipients: 

Ø   IT service providers working for us;

Ø   web service providers working for us;

Ø   logistics/freight forwarders working for us.

6. How long will your data be saved for?

The data processed for the purposes set out in points 3a-c will be saved for three months. Data will only be saved for longer if this is necessary in order to investigate attacks shown to have been carried out on our website. 

If you take part in a competition via our website we will save your data for the duration of the competition and for as long thereafter as we are obliged to by law, or for the period within which legal claims concerning the competition can be brought. 

If you sign up to receive our newsletter we will save your data until you tell us you no longer wish to receive the newsletter (withdrawal of consent) and, beyond that, as long as we are obliged to by law. 

If you purchase an item from our online shop we will save your data for as long as we are obliged to by law. 

If you register in our shop or elsewhere on our website we will save your data as least for as long as your account exists and, beyond that, as long as we are obliged to by law.

7. Your rights concerning personal data

In line with data protection laws, you have the right to know which data has been collected on you, to have this data corrected, to have this data deleted, to restrict how this data is used, to object to the use of this data and to have this data sent to you. In order to exercise these rights please get in touch with us using the contact details in point 10.

Furthermore, you have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority in the EU or to the Austrian Data Protection Authority in Vienna if you believe that there has been a violation of European or Austrian data protection law.

8. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, small files which are saved onto your computer and help analyse how the website is used. We process your data on the basis of overriding legitimate interest in order to generate in a cost-efficient way easy-to-use statistics on how this website is used.

The information generated by cookies about how you use this website (including your IP address and the URLs of the pages you have visited) will be sent to Google servers in the USA and saved there. We will not save any of your data collected by Google Analytics.

9. Use of social media plugins

On our website we use social media plugins such as those for Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn and Xing. 

These plugins are deactivated. To activate a plugin please click on it. Doing this means your IP address, the URL of our website and cookies will be sent to the respective social media company. If you wish to use the plugin and its functionalities please click on it again. We have no knowledge about which data is collected by the social media company and what it is used for. This depends on the functionalities of the plugin and the data protection policy of the respective social media company.
